At LK Creations, we take pride in crafting customized products tailored to your needs. Due to the nature of personalized goods, our refund and payment policies are as follows:
Advance & Payment Policy
We collect 50% advance payment at the time of confirming your order.
The remaining 50% must be paid before your order is dispatched for delivery.
We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) for the remaining payment under any circumstances.
No product will be released or shipped until full payment has been received.
Refund Policy
Since all products are custom-made as per your specifications, refunds are not available once the production has started.
Return & Exchange Policy
As our products are personalized and made-to-order:
Replacements may be offered only in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, subject to photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery
